Job Title: IT Help Desk Support Specialist
Client: Japanese Corporate thorugh Cinter Technology 
Working Location: New York NY, 10016
Employment Type: Non-Exempt 
Salary: $29-32 / Per Hour 
Benefit: 401K match, No insurance
Working Hours : 40 hours / per week 



▶︎Primary Responsibilities 
  • Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person, troubleshooting problems and handling hardware/software installations.
  • Provide and manage client IT support operation related document 
  • Understand and follow clinet’s request and instruction  
  • Expand the business with existing and new client  
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
  • Provide the support service at the service operation time, which is instructed by 
  • the client and/or company management. 
  • Prioritize and escalate issues to the appropriate support teams when needed.
  • Provide IT training to users and participate in IT projects.
  • Have a proactive communication with client and company management 
  • Understand requirements and instruction/company management and provide the 
  • service based on the requirements and instructions, including BYOD. 
  • Read and understand any company provided documents and training 
  • Submit company requited report, attendance for requested meeting, training 
  • course 
  • Mentor and train new team members if necessary 
  • Follow team manager’s request/instruction to operate IT operation support 
  • team 

 
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:     
  • At least 4 years of experience in end-user support, including Windows-based LAN/WAN/Remote Access.
  • Strong knowledge of business software: Windows OS, Office365
  • Very flexible mindset & challenging personality against sudden big change of 
  • request/work-flow/rules/responsibility range/environment 
  • Toughness & strong motivation to complete heavy workload 
  • Strong motivation to reach out goals 
  • Strong attention to details with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide 
  • resolution  
 
SKILLS:    
  • Team-oriented personality 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Japanese skill is not required but welcome
  • Spanish skill is not required but welcome
