▶︎ Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily and advanced network implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support WAN, MAN, LAN, WLAN, Cisco ACI, load balancers, firewalls, proxies, and DNS.
• Provide peer review for engineering implementations.
• Analyze and resolve network issues using monitoring tools and packet analysis.
• Maintain network security and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Manage and optimize DNS (BlueCat) and monitoring tools such as Extrahop, Splunk, SolarWinds, OpsRamp, BackBox.
• Escalate production issues to engineering or management as needed.
• Maintain documentation and diagrams for supported systems.
• Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation.
• Support network standardization and improvement across data centers and remote offices.

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical network support.
• Experience with Cisco ACI, routers/switches, F5 LTM/GTM, Fortinet firewalls, proxies.
• Basic Windows/Linux OS administration skills.
• Basic scripting and automation knowledge.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with SSL/PKI, Cisco ISE, BlueCAT DDI.
