▶︎ Key Responsibilities

• Participate in new project proposal phases by understanding client goals, identifying pain points, and drafting quality proposals with focus on scheduling and cost

• Manage client projects as the primary contact, delivering advisory services, technical implementations, training, and adoption support

• Communicate project status transparently with internal and external stakeholders, building trust through proactive reporting

• Contribute to internal solution development and continuous improvement by providing user feedback and innovative ideas

• Support business development initiatives to expand digital transformation service reach

▶︎ The right candidate will possess:

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Microsoft cloud platforms (M365, Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, D365, Azure)

  • Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini)

  • Modern SaaS platforms for mid-sized businesses (e.g., Retool, QuickBase, ServiceNow, CRM tools, OSS)

  • Data/AI infrastructure and tools (Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake)

  • IT project management or software development environments

• Ability to provide enterprise-grade service to clients in English

• Strong communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of Japanese business culture and operations in the Americas

• Japanese language skills are highly appreciated but not required

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation roles including consulting, project management, or tech solution sales

• Practical experience with enterprise cloud systems and business application implementation

• Proven track record managing large, complex enterprise projects

• Experience with one or more of the following solution areas:

  • Employee productivity, collaboration, and IT adoption

  • Marketing, sales, customer engagement

  • Workflow optimization, business process transformation

  • Innovation, product/service development, and knowledge management

• Experience working with near-shore or off-shore teams on enterprise delivery

• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Cloud Administration, or Solution Architect are preferred
