・Job Title: Sales Account Manager
・Working Style and location: Hybrid, Torrance, CA
You must be able to visit clients in the Southern CA area and in MidWest
・Employment Type: Full-time
・Salary: 69-80K (DOE)

・Working Hours: 9-5
・Language: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Japanese (speaking and writing) is a strong advantage.
I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
b. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
c. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
d. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
e. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
f. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
g. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
h. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
i. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
j. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
k. Continuously improve through feedback
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
a. Report the schedule of day and week in a daily meeting.
b. Report the status of sales actions, projects, and operations in a daily meeting.
c. Have proactive communication with team members, internal resources, external resources, and customers.
d. Be familiar with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
e. Be motivated highly and target driven with a proven track record in sales
f. Be excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
g. Have prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
h. Have the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
i. Have the Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
j. Understand requirements and instruction/company management and provide the service based on the requirements and instructions.
III. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
a. 3 year experience in Sales Representative / Customer Relations.
b. Preferably 1 year experience in System development
c. Preferably 1 year experience in IT operation
d. Preferably 1 year experience in related IT customer support
e. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
IV. SKILLS:
a. English Required / Japanese Preferable
b. Knowledge of MS Office
c. Basic Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, System Development, IT Operations, and IT customer support.
