▶︎ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project tasks and support ad-hoc projects with the company's PI team, including coordination, tracking, scheduling, and project management activities.
- Communicate and collaborate with Samsung HQ and North America PI teams to support SAP Logistics process implementation and optimization initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance in defining and designing business processes to meet customer requirements.
- Document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system and process improvements.
- Provide backup support for SAP consultants and assist cross-functional teams as needed.
- Monitor, track, and report project issues, risks, and performance against operating standards.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and provide recommendations to improve system utilization and operational efficiency.
- Support end users by gathering SAP SD and Sales Portal requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
- Create and maintain training materials, user documentation, and process-related reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide ongoing support for SAP SD-related activities.
- Strong functional expertise within SAP SD and Logistics business processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience facilitating communication between business users, IT teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address business priorities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional or business consultant supporting SAP applications.
- Hands-on SAP functional configuration and solution design experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD and SAP Logistics processes.
- Experience with system development life cycle (SDLC), application development practices, and IT methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Ability to gather requirements, provide user support, training, and documentation.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience processing EDI transactions and familiarity with various EDI document types.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience supporting customer-focused process improvement initiatives.
- ABAP debugging experience preferred.
