Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Recruiter with a strong focus on infrastructure roles to join our team. In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for positions related to networks, servers, cloud platforms, and data centers. You will collaborate with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to identify talent needs and attract top-tier infrastructure professionals.
What will you do:
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to define hiring requirements for infrastructure-related roles.
- Source and engage candidates for positions such as network engineers, infrastructure project managers, system administrators, and cloud architects.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, direct outreach, and recruiting agencies.
- Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate basic technical skills related to infrastructure (e.g., networking, virtualization, cloud, security).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates).
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives, including events and outreach campaigns as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Required :
- 2–3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong understanding of core infrastructure concepts (e.g., Layer 2/3 networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, infrastructure security).
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using recruiting tools and sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
Preferred:
- Background in IT or close collaboration with technical teams.
- Bilingual skills (e.g., Japanese and English) are a plus.
- Experience hiring for industries with large-scale infrastructure environments (e.g., finance, telecom, manufacturing).
Familiarity with or ability to evaluate candidates for:
- CompA (infrastructure management platforms or equivalents)
- Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)
- BlueCat (DNS/DHCP/IPAM systems)
